Affordable Winter Hunt

Our Caribou winter meat hunt destination offers the opportunity to harvest two animals and is value priced. This location at LG4 is 30 hours drive time from Montreal to the Caniapiscau basin, the wintering grounds for both the Leaf River and George River herds. This outfitter was selected because of their location, comfortable accommodations and affiliation with the largest new lodge in the area providing meals, gas and snowmobile rentals. While the season opens in mid-November we try to book after Thanksgiving to insure better availability of animals. This hunt is completely unguided, however if conditions warrant, guides can be hired.
